Attorney & Founder

EunYoung Son

Personal Injury · Estate Planning · Protection Orders

EunYoung Son is the founding attorney of Son & Suh Law, which she established in fall 2021 to bring experienced, client-centered representation to Aurora and the Denver metro. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2008 and her B.A. from Duke University in 2004, and has been a member of the Colorado Bar since 2008.

After graduating and passing the bar, EunYoung began her career practicing immigration and family law with a firm in Denver. In her five years with this firm, she gained valuable trial experience representing clients in removal proceedings in the Denver Immigration Court and also through representing clients in various family law matters. EunYoung then moved to a firm that specialized in personal injury and spent the next six years focusing exclusively on personal injury before founding Son Law Firm in the fall of 2021.

EunYoung Son has been practicing in the Denver metro area since 2008. Beginning her first year of law school through the end of the second year, EunYoung clerked for a personal injury firm in downtown Denver. She was able to participate in every stage of a personal injury case from intake, treatment, demand, negotiations, settlement, and litigation. Although every case is different and does not necessarily go through each of these stages, EunYoung was able to see the many possibilities and outcomes a case can take. During her third year, EunYoung clerked for a trust and estates firm and gained insight into estate planning and the probate process.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, eating, and spending time with family and friends.

Attorney

Moses Suh

Criminal Defense · Estate Planning · Asset Protection

Moses Suh is a criminal defense attorney with over 17 years of experience in criminal law and a developing practice in estate planning and asset protection. He previously served as Assistant Director of the Denver City Attorney's Office, leading the Prosecution and Code Enforcement Section with oversight of 30+ attorneys. Before that, he spent 12 years as a Senior Deputy District Attorney at the Denver District Attorney's Office, working in the Intake and Family Violence units.

His prosecution background encompasses serious felonies — including homicides, sexual assaults, aggravated assaults, robberies, crimes against children, and complex drug offenses — as well as misdemeanors and DUIs. He has tried over 90 criminal cases and handled hundreds of municipal ordinance violations. That extensive courtroom and law-enforcement experience allows him to understand prosecution strategy, identify weaknesses in a case, and effectively counter prosecution tactics in defense of his clients.

As a defense attorney, Moses represents individuals facing state, traffic, and municipal charges — protecting their rights and advocating aggressively within the criminal justice system. His experience extends to civil protection order hearings, where he has successfully helped clients both defend against and pursue protection orders. He understands the gravity of criminal charges and their direct impact on clients and their families.

Moses earned his Juris Doctor in 2008 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation in 2009 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and his B.A. in Political Science from CU Boulder in 2002. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is actively involved in community leadership and public service.

He currently serves on the boards of the Aurora Housing Authority — where he is committed to advancing affordable housing initiatives and supporting the long-term needs of the community — and the Korean Youth Foundation. His practice areas include criminal defense, estate planning, and asset protection. Moses is based in the Denver metro area with his wife and three children. He is an avid cyclist who regularly rides centuries, and an active snowboarder who chases fresh powder in the Rocky Mountains.
