Personal Injury

Injured through
no fault of your own?

Colorado roads see thousands of accidents every year. If you've been hurt in a crash, a hit-and-run, or as a pedestrian or cyclist, you deserve full compensation — for medical bills, lost wages, and pain.

We work on a contingency basis: nothing upfront, and no attorney fee unless we win your case. We carry the risk so you can focus on recovering.

Why Son & Suh Law

Representation
built around you.

01

Direct Access

You work with EunYoung or Moses personally — never a paralegal.

02

Available 24/7

Arrests and accidents don't wait for business hours. Neither do we.

03

No Win, No Fee

Injury clients pay nothing upfront. We only collect if we win.

04

Both Sides

As a former prosecutor, Moses knows how the state builds — and breaks — cases.

Know Before You Speak

Understand your rights.

If you're stopped, questioned, or arrested in Colorado, what you do in the first few minutes matters. Know these four rights — then call us.

01

The right to remain silent

Beyond identifying yourself, you don't have to answer questions. Anything you say can be used against you — politely say you wish to remain silent, and stop there.

02

The right to an attorney

You can ask for a lawyer at any time — and questioning must stop once you do. What you tell your attorney stays confidential, even before you hire them.

03

The right to refuse a search

Without a warrant or a valid exception, you can decline to consent to a search of your body, car, or home. Say it calmly and clearly: "I do not consent to a search."

04

You can stop at any time

Ask, "Am I free to go?" If you're not under arrest, you may leave. If questioning has begun, you can stop it at any moment and ask for your lawyer.

You must still give your name — and, if driving, your license, registration, and proof of insurance. This is general information, not legal advice.

Criminal Defense — Attorney Moses Suh (reviews of his representation at his prior firm)

  • ★★★★★
“I hired this law firm and was assigned Moses Suh. This was one of the best decisions I made in my lifetime. Mr. Suh was diligent, ensuring that my case was thoroughly explained as well as represented in court. After watching him work, I was prepared for any verdict because I knew he put in the effort to represent me effectively. Fortunately for me, I was found not guilty on six counts and now have my life back.”

“I received representation from Mr. Moses Suh, and it was nothing short of amazing. He doesn't just act like he cares, he truly does. From the way he handled my case to how he presented himself in court, everything was extremely professional and intentional. What stood out most was his very calm and patient demeanor, which was incredibly comforting during such a stressful time. He took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Because of his dedication and hard work, I achieved a far better outcome than I expected. I'm genuinely grateful for his guidance and advocacy. If you're looking for an attorney who treats you like a human, not just a case number, I highly recommend him.”
